Our MASS Posture Custom Orthotics are designed and manufactured in the USA using advanced 3D imaging technology and high-precision CNC milling. Unlike traditional heat-molded devices—which suffer from inconsistent structural weaknesses and unpredictable thickness due to heating and stretching plastic over a mold—ours are sculpted to within one-tenth of a millimeter.
